Location and some of the staff was good. Overall room was also clean and maintained well. The restaurant staff the head waiter was very good and helpful and courteous . Managed food for ya and for our kid really well . Made good suggestions too. We liked the ambience of the room though suite room was barely done.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, courteous and extremely prompt to handle requests and queries. Decent restaurant and lounge bar with great view of Munnar . Highly recommend.
